A) SHIPPING BY BUS:
A shipment on a single bill of lading can include up to five (5) packages from a single sender to the same recipient.

B) PICKUP AND DELIVERY:
Several bills of lading may be assembled on one trip, provided the truck is not overloaded.

1.2 - IDENTIFICATION
The name, address and telephone number of the sender and recipient must be clearly indicated on all packages, including those from shipments with multiple items. Warnings such as "fragile," "perishable" or any other relevant information must also appear on packages where applicable.

1.3 - CONTENT
The sender must declare the content and value of any package being shipped and comply with restrictions.

EXPEDIBUS reserves the right to open and inspect packages to verify their content.

We accept shipments of personal effects, provided the transaction is paid in full at the original point of sale.

1.5 - TIRES AND RIMS:
Tires (with or without rims) and rims alone must be fully and securely packaged and protected in a manner ensuring they will remain so at all times during shipping. A set can be shipped if items are wrapped individually and weigh less than 75 lbs (34 kg) each.

2 - RATE STRUCTURE

2.1 - SHIPPING BY BUS:
The cost of shipping is based on weight, distance travelled and volume. The rate for basic service includes shipping costs from the origin point of sale to the destination point of sale. Regular rates apply to packages under 12 cu. ft. Packages 12 to 39 cu. ft. will be charged at double the regular rate. Any shipment where fees will be payable at destination is subject to an additional charge of $3 + tax.

BUMPERS:
Shipments of bumpers are automatically charged at double the regular rate (see rates for packages 12 to 39 cu. ft.). Bumpers must be fully packaged and protected in a manner that ensures they remain so during shipping.

2.2 - PICKUP AND DELIVERY:
Pickup and delivery charges will be added to the shipping fee. For packages with two dimensions exceeding 40 in. (oversized package), pickup and delivery charges will be double the regular rate, regardless of the packages' overall dimension. If more than one truckload is required for a single pickup or delivery, the rate applies independently to each load. If a special truck is needed to complete the trip, special charges will apply where this service is offered.

3 - PROHIBITED (FORBIDDEN) PACKAGES

4 - INSURANCE

4.1 - VALUE
The sender must declare the value of any package shipped and is responsible for properly packaging items. Proper packaging means protection that will hold up in transportation from the departure point of sale to the destination point of sale. In case of loss or damage, the carrier’s liability is limited to the actual value of the item up to a maximum of $100 per shipment if no additional insurance was paid.

4.2 - COVERAGE
Insurance coverage up to a maximum of $1,000 is available at a small extra charge. Any item valued at over $1,000 is not insurable and is shipped at the sender’s risk.

4.3 - ELECTRONIC DEVICES
If an electronic device is shipped in its original box and the customer chooses to purchase insurance, physical damage to the equipment is covered. However, insurance will not cover device malfunctions, whether due to shipping or not.

5 - UNINSURABLE PACKAGES, SHIPPED AT SENDER’S RISK

5.1 - PERISHABLE GOODS
